Sale of a historic necklace on behalf of a collector

A client approached The Group for advice regarding the potential sale of a historic emerald necklace. Our team, recognising the significant royal provenance of the piece, handled all negotiations with the auction house, and obtained enhanced marketing to highlight the piece’s distinguished heritage.

The necklace, which had been purchased privately for $750,000 a few years before, was sold for over $1 million.

Sale of a coloured diamond on behalf of a collector

We advised on the sale of an 8ct coloured diamond on behalf of a client. Having negotiated favourable auction house fees we managed all the marketing and publicity to ensure the diamond surpassed the high estimate, achieving over $17 million.

Sale of a ruby and diamond ring on behalf of a private family

A family wished to sell a Cartier ring that they had inherited. We did a valuation and presented a full sales strategy, demonstrating the benefits of selling at public auction over a private sale.
