Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serve as primary support contact for Collection Management clients and/or their support teams for all requests related to collection management services, including but not limited to preparing asset reports, updating object information, organizing logistics and collection data
• Updating Collection Management Systems (CMS) to reflect all changes to collections including adding recent purchases, moving item locations, tracking asset transfers, and deaccessions.
• Organizing bi-yearly walk-throughs at client locations to reconcile CMS and client files against assets located onsite.
• Liaising with Advisory team on all new acquisitions to ensure they are tracked and added to CMS
• Liaising with Appraisals team to ensure all items have updated appraised values
• Create Collection Management Agreements and tracking invoicing while liaising with accounting team
• Coordinate shipping, storage, and other logistics for collection management clients, inclusive of organizing new acquisitions and existing assets as needed
• Coordinate installation of assets in client homes, offices, and other locations as requested
• Oversee transfer of assets for museum exhibitions and loans
• Oversee disaster preparedness as directed by client’s risk management team
Additional Responsibilities:
• Inventory Services
o Provide inventory services for all TFG clients including but not limited to documentation and upload of asset information into client CM database
• Visual Inventory Services
o Complete onsite visual inventory process inclusive of editing and finalizing product

Responsibilities
• Manage storage facilities for all our services verifying and ensuring accuracy on all necessary documentation, liaising with colleagues to ensure this.
• Coordinate safe and efficient property shipments for clients, both domestically and internationally, including occasional installation of artworks.
• Working with the art team and shippers, determine best packing and handling procedures.
• Develop relationships with shippers and storage facilities and act as liaison between them, our art team and our clients.
• Responsible for ensuring the safe receipt of property into storage for all of our businesses including art advisory, lending and investment services.
• Record and/or verify condition checks and accuracy of important descriptive information, such as, property and piece count, and artwork details.
• Maintain the integrity of the operational procedures and comply with risk management and security policies. Review and develop such policies.
• Ensure timelines are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Compile and manage records of all associated shipping documentation in accordance with relevant import, export and tax requirements.
• Manage the relationship with insurers and keep records for insurance and renewals on property within our storage facilities.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory checks, physical inventory (occasionally conducting physical inventory checks) and inventory management databases.
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate and accurate supplier invoicing; liaison with finance team for timely settlement of invoices and efficient client recharges.
• Mentoring the junior registrar

Ideal Experience & Competencies
• Graduate / Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years Registrar/collections management experience
• General overall knowledge of the fine and decorative arts
• Excellent attention to detail and must be able to work on multiple projects at once
• Experience with secondary market consignments - understand consignment agreements with a
particular focus on secondary market
• Understanding of international import and export laws and associated taxation.
• Artlogic experience required, Trello highly desirable
• A team player who works with other colleagues to complete tasks and activities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with efficiency and

REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 2-3 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP
