Edward Schneider is a Non-Executive Director at The Fine Art Group, advising on corporate finance and cross-border transactions. He has worked as an independent Corporate Finance Advisor since 1997, serving public and private companies such as Accor, Celesio, Koppers, and CWT. Edward has advised The Fine Art Group since 2000 on the structuring of several art investment funds. Previously, he was a Director at Samuel Montagu (now HSBC Investment Banking), and earlier led international corporate finance at Henry Ansbacher, part of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert.He holds a degree from the Solvay Business School at the University of Brussels and previously served as a part-time Lecturer and Assistant Professor there.
