With a graduate degree in Art History and a background in Commercial Gallery Management, Willi Mendelsohn has often found herself at the intersection between art historical scholarship and the contemporary art market. Willi’s interest in collections management was sparked early on as an intern with the Center for Jewish Art in Jerusalem, Israel as well as with Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art in Arizona. Willi eventually became involved in the private collecting process as the manager of a Contemporary Art Gallery in Sedona, Arizona before moving to Philadelphia. She is overjoyed to now translate her passions for art and the art market to her current work at PMAA working with the administrative team, appraisers, and clients to ensure each project is flawlessly completed. Willi is compliant in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
