A career in the Arts was always a focus for Luke Jacobs, although his path to The Fine Art Group was not direct. With a degree in Arts Administration and a focus in music, Luke had an exciting change of course to move from classical music performance to the world of appraisals, collection management and the art market as a whole.
Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 2019, Luke assisted for an appraiser in the Southeastern U.S. until he took a hiatus to explore performing opportunities. His love for fine art and antiques, however, did not diminish in that time. Prior to becoming the Collections & Inventory Services Associate, he was an appraisal coordinator for TFG’s West Coast and High-Profile clients. The integrity and attention to detail that was requisite in that role lends perfectly to the hands-on needs of TFG’s collection & inventory management clientele. Providing white-glove, bespoke service to each client is at the core of Luke’s mission with The Fine Art Group.
